Nice place! Very clean and nice views with lots of wildlife. The sites are fairly close to one another but its a friendly atmosphere.
Down side. During the weekend, a man came to the women's restroom door, asked if his wife was alone and said their teen boys needed to come in and shower. My daughter and I were in there too. She said they had to wait thank goodness. I was really close to calling the police!
Lots of shade, big lake to fish and swim in. The showers were clean and always had plenty of hot water.
But over all, we stayed 5 days, and that was the only incident. We had a nice time.
Love this place! Been coming to lake Whitney camp grounds since the 1960's! Family reunion every year!
Great Rv camping spot. Some tables are missing shade covers which would make for a pretty miserable time during hot months. Luckily we had one with a cover. Nice shaded playground area and kids had lots of fun riding bikes around the park. Overall a great spot to camp!
The campsites are close to the water. It is very nice and clean. Everybody that's camping out here is nice and friendly. The gate attendants are really nice and helpful. Great place to camp at! Will definitely come back here in the future.
