I love supporting small business, but I'll pass on this one. If friendly customer service is a high priority to you, I would recommend going somewhere else. On top of feeling like we'd done the unthinkable by walking through the front door, they also charge $1 for each UPS package which is dropped off. While it may not be against the UPS terms of service, it certainly isn't usual or customary. It's the first time I've ever been charged to drop off a package, anywhere in the country, using any service. If your package will fit into the nearby drop box, I would recommend using that.
